Shift the Conversation: Community Health and Wellbeing Conference 2017

June 7 & 8, 2017 | Sheraton Parkway Toronto North, 9005 Leslie St | Richmond Hill, Ontario

On June 7-8, 2017, the Association of Ontario Health Centres will host Shift the Conversation: Community Health and Wellbeing, our annual primary health care conference. This event is a great opportunity to share knowledge and tools, build new relationships, tap into new networks and open dialogue with a wide range of primary health care staff and board members, health system leaders, community partners, researchers, planners and policy makers. This year's conference will feature more inspiring speakers and learning sessions focused on creating an integrated, people- and community-centred health system.
