The AOHC Education and Development Team believes that relevant training leads to improved health care by improving information for informed planning and decision making This leads to a strengthening in the sector’s e-Health capacity through increased ECR adoption, an increased understanding of the CHC Model of Care and Evaluation Framework, Inter-professional team building and overall better improved decision making.
To ensure capacity building and competency development within the new CHCs and existing CHCs,based on the need assessment, we provide continuous governance training of board members, management. We also provide continuous training and workshop and program learning session for providers and front-line workers on the CHC Model of Care, Board Basics, Evaluation Framework and Team building together with CMS software, data management and reporting training coupled with the adoption of a full Electronic Client Record (ECR) are the most essential elements of quality services
