Health Equity: Pushing the Boundaries
June 10-11, 2010, Sheraton on the Falls
Niagara Falls, Ontario
On June 10th and 11th, we held a dynamic, action-oriented conference that challenged the barriers that keep so many people from enjoying good health or accessing the services they need. It was a great success and a health equity charter designed to eliminate inequalities and disparities in order to ensure better health for all was created on the final day.
Watch interviews, view photographs and read articles! Take a look at our Health Equity Charter.
